God's Minute

June Fifteenth

He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him.--Psalm 91:15

LOVING Father, may we realize what a great privilege it is for us to come directly into Thy very presence, in the name, and by the close relationship of Thy Son as our Saviour and Elder Brother, and to really be Thy children. Help us today to be able to call Thee "our Father." Help us to realize that Thy great loving heart turns toward us as the heart of a loving parent turns toward his child. Each day may this relationship mean more and more, and become very precious to us.

As we take up the duties of the day, may we take shelter under the wonderful promises of the Ninety-first Psalm, and may they be fulfilled to us and our loved ones. May we in some way be a help and a blessing to someone who may need us this day. Help us to be careful about our example before others. May we "walk, stand, and sit" in such places as my be pleasing in Thy sight, and be safe for others to follow us in.

May we, by our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as our personal Saviour, be clothed with His righteousness, and have a part in His resurrection. Guide us and help us as the days pass, we ask in His name.
