Rejoice

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Philippians 4:4

The wee daughter of our friend, momrn2, is leaving the hospital for HOME! She still needs to heal and gain strength, Her mom is asking:

Today, I am issuing A Call to Celebrate. God has heard our plea. He has heard our cries. God, in His sovereignty, has chosen to spare the life of my daughter and we are going home. She must still take it easy for another 4-6 weeks. There will be follow up appointments. There will be bridges to cross in the future. But we will be home!!

Sound the trumpets. Shout from the mountain tops. Issue the news throughout the land!! God is mighty and worthy of all praise. To Him alone be the Glory and Honor for He has done Great things!
Our friend, whose Bible verse in her banner is Isaiah 30: "In quietness and trust is your strength" is asking us to rejoice with her in praise to Him Who "tends his flock like a shepherd;
gathers the lambs in his arms; carries them in his bosom, and gently leads those that are with young.

He has led them through this trial. Let us rejoice and be glad with them!

Tomorrow morning, let's all post "greeting cards and get well wishes" for this little girl, OK? Then when she feels up to it, she can see and be glad.
